Yesterday it was folk legends. Today it was pub-rock, rhythm and blues legends. The Wilko Johnson Band features ex-Dr Feelgood Wilko Johnson, long-standing Blockheads bassist Norman Watt Roy and current Blockheads drummer, Dylan Howe. I last saw Wilko and Norman do their stuff in 1991 and have been trying and failing for many years to catch them again before they stop doing this music lark. Happily, they both look as fit as butcher's dogs and I think, thank the Lord, it'll be many a year before Wilko no longer skitters across the stage machine-gunning the audience (with a guitar) and Norman no longer dances and grunges his bass guitar like the devil's...the devil's...erm...the devil's bass guitarist.
The many faces of Norman Watt Roy.

Brings back some great memories of the Tramshed,Woolwich, many many years ago. Thanks Hugo, glad to know Norman is still going, although disappointed not to see the 6 string bass - awesome!
